1. Team Entries
Q. I want to camp and enjoy the festival, do I need to purchase two different tickets?
A. YES. Camping is ticketed separately so we know exactly how many people we need to look after over night!
make sure you look at the ticket options very carefully. TEAM TICKETS DO NOT INCLUDE CAMPING. If you have any questions, just ask by clicking HERE.
Q. Will there be first aiders and sport masseurs on site?
A. YES! If you plan on getting a sports massage or any strapping, we will ask for a small donation to cover the costs.
Q. Will I receive a playing schedule or team pack?
A. Absolutely, it will be sent out to you a week before the event.
2. Ticketing
Q. When will I receive my ticket?
A. Your ticket lands in the inbox of your lead booker. Print this out and bring it along to get scanned at the festival.
Q. I've got a group ticket, do we need to all enter together?
A. Yes please, you will need to all enter together. If for any reason someone is late, please let our accreditation office know and if you're nice, they might let you leave a name with them. However, if they're busy this isn't guaranteed. So you may need to wait.
Q. Will I be able to purchase a ticket on the door?
A. All our tickets need to be purchased online before hand. However, if we don't sell out, there may be some available on the door. These can be purchased with cash or through one of our card machines however we have minimum spend of £10.00.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a limited capacity for this event, therefore it is possible we will sell out in advance to the festival. We always encourage people to purchase their ticket in advance to avoid any disappointment.

4. Festival Timings
Q. What time does the festival start and finish?
A. Festival doors open at 17:00pm on Friday 31st May and close 17:00pm Sunday 2nd June. If you've bought a day ticket you will be allowed on site from 09:00am - 23:55pm on the date of your ticket (Friday and Saturday Only).
Q. Will we be allowed to leave site and re-enter?
A. We hope there will be everything you need under the SW7s roof but if you really need to leave, then of course we'll let you. However, if you've parked in weekend parking, you will not be able to move your vehicle until the Sunday afternoon.
5. I.D And Under 18s
Q. Will I need to bring my I.D?
A. If you are fortunate to look under the age of 25 you'll certainly need to bring your I.D (Passport or Driving License) we recommend you bring it anyway just in case you need it. If you DO get I.D'd please take it as a compliment, we don't want any jip or a load of huffing or puffing, just get on with it, people.want.beer.
Q. Can I attend if I'm under 18?
A. You can attend if you're under 18, but you must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 at all times. If you are caught consuming alcohol or smoking, you will be asked to leave site. We politely ask that all youngsters under the age of 16 have left site by 22:00pm. Also, it's worth noting children under 12 can come along for free!
6. Alcohol & BBQs
Q. Can I bring my own booze?
A. You will NOT be allowed to bring your own alcohol on to the Sw7s site UNLESS you are camping and have a valid CAMPING wristband. Alcohol quantities for individuals camping will be limited to being for self consumption ONLY - Security will enforce this at the entrance gate.
A. WE HAVE A STRICT NO GLASS POLICY - Please take note of this. Security will not allow any glass on site and there will be no exceptions!
A. You will be limited to 12 x cans per person, or 1 x box of wine, or 1 x bottle of spirit (MUST BE DECANTED INTO PLASTIC). Security will be conducting bag searches.
A. Alcohol can only be consumed in the campsite and will not be allowed in the main festival arena. Our security team have the right to remove anyone found drinking their own alcohol within the festival arena/ pitch areas.
FINALLY, Booze will taste SO much better from one of our very reasonably priced bars and it will also be cold :)
Q. Can I bring booze into the festival arena?
A. No, you many only consume alcohol that has been purchased off site within the camping arena and you MUST be wearing a valid camping wristband. You will not be allowed in the festival arena and/or pitch side with any alcohol that has been purchased off site.
Q. Can I bring a BBQ?
A. Sorry, our rugby grounds are too precious for BBQs to be plonked on top of them - there will be so much well priced, tasty, local food vendors on site, so you really won't need one!
7. Campsite
Q. What time does the campsite open and close?
A. Campsite opens at 17:00pm on Friday 1st June and closes 17:00pm Sunday 3rd June.
Q. Can I camp if I buy a day ticket?
A. No, there will be security situated around the campsite - the only people allowed in the campsite will be those who have purchased a camping ticket and as a result a wristband that gives you access into the campsite.
Q. Can I bring a gazebo?
A. Afraid not folks, space is limited and please, please, please leave. no. trace... Thanks!
Q. Can I bring a fire pitt?
A. Please DO NOT bring anything to set alight, it's a hazard and we wouldn't want any unnecessary dramas on site.
Q. Can I bring a camper van?
A. We're only allowing camper vans for crew as there will be no moving vehicles on site by the time festival doors have opened. (Unless you have pre-arranged this with one of our production team.)

9. Parking
Q. Can I park on site?
A. Yes, we have a variety of parking options available, see below for pricing:

10. Can I Bring My Dog?

11. ...Everything Else
Q. Do I have to wear fancy dress?
A. You don't, but it will be more fun if you do! Our fancy dress date is Saturday 1st June and this years' theme is 'WELCOME TO THE SW7s CIRCUS'
You're also welcome to wear your fancy dress throughout the festival if you so desire!
Q. Do you have disabled access and facilities?
A. Yes, we have tried our utmost to make the site as accessible as possible for people with disabilities. We also have designated disabled toilets on site, in the camping area and the Cleve RFC club house also has disabled access. Q. Can I come and spectate and not go to the festival?
A. You can, but you will still need to purchase a day ticket to do this. South West 7s is predominately a festival, therefore we encourage everyone to come and enjoy the whole experience.
