2019 TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
1/ Proof of age may be required for all ticket types. Please ensure that you have ID with you in case you are asked. Failure to provide such ID may result in you being asked to leave the festival. See also below for details on our 'Challenge 25' policy at SW7s.
2/ Adult and VIP Tickets can only be used by persons age 12 or over. Children and Teens under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
3/ Child (12 & under) Tickets can only be selected by persons over the age of 21 and must be accompanied by a full paying adult at all times.
4/ By selecting a Child (age 12 & under) Ticket you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian of the child for whom you are purchasing.
5/ Child ticket holders can only enter the festival with the person who purchased their ticket i.e. their parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian. Any Ticket holders attempting to enter the festival without this person will be denied entry to the festival. For safety reasons, any persons attempting to enter the festival with a Child Ticket holder that they are not the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian for will be denied entry.
6/ Child Ticket holders must camp in the same location as their families.
7/ Child Ticket holders are not allowed in the arena or campsites unaccompanied at any time.
8/ Prior written permission is needed by SW7s to use SW7s tickets in any sales promotions, media, marketing, reward programmes, staff incentives, raffles, auctions or general competitions. 'South West 7s' is a registered trademark; the SW7s logo and any related SW7s artwork cannot be used without written permission of South West 7s Ltd.
9/ Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
10/ South West 7s Ltd and Cleve RFC accept no responsibility for any damage or loss of personal property. We do not advise you bring any valuables to the event. Vehicles will also be left at owners risk. The event will have a top notch security team on site keeping you safe, however, we cannot be responsible for the minds and actions of others.
11/ The music will end at midnight each night due to licensing.

- Right of admission reserved (R.O.A.R.)
- South West 7s is for friendly people and is about having a good time. Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.
- No admission without a valid ticket (so don't lose it!!)
- No entry to the site after 21:00hrs (each night).
- Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and/or exploitation of any photos, film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
- Guests may be searched on entry to the event. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested.
- No alcohol from external sites is permitted on the SW7s site. The only exception is for individuals with a valid CAMPING TICKET.
- Individuals with a valid camping ticket will be allowed up to 12 x cans for self consumption and must be consumed WITHIN THE CAMPSITE.
PLEASE NOTE: Any individuals found with excess quantities of alcohol will be asked to leave it outside of the event - Security will not allow access into the SW7s site without acknowledgement of this rule.
- You will NOT be allowed to re-enter the festival site with alcohol once you've entered the festival site via the entrance gates.
- Alcohol cannot be brought into the main arenas from the campsites. There are fully licensed, lovely cheap bars available for you.
- You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles of any kind. Broken glass is dangerous for kids, animals and rugby players who will be using the park and fields after the event. There are no exceptions.
- Campervans, Caravans & Trailer Tents are not permitted without prior agreement with the SW7s team.
- We have a no naked flame policy at the festival and in the campsite. Fires, flares, fireworks, BBQs, Chinese lanterns etc will extinguished.
There will be plenty of delicious food on site to keep you satisfied!
- No pet animals are allowed on the festival site other than dogs assisting the visually impaired.
- The promoter reserves the right to change the line up without notification.
- HAVE FUN - It's the number one rule really!

- Warning: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.
- The Cleve RFC site is used regularly by teams and players and we want to keep it that way so please help us by keeping it clean & recycling/composting what you can. Keep SW7s Tidy!
CHALLENGE 25
We will be operating and enforcing a strict Challenge 25 policy at SW7s. If you can't provide valid identification when asked, you will be asked to leave the site and come back with your ID. So if you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification.
Valid forms of ID include:- An in date photographic driver's license or provisional licence.- A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.- A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).
