The Emerald Life Women's Open Cup: For those of you who are regulars on the pitch and familiar with the game of Rugby 15s and/or 7s. This is a competitive cup and all teams playing in this cup will be automatically entered into the RFU 24 Sevens Series. **
The SW7s Women's Social Cup: For those who enjoy playing a bit of sport and are keen to branch out into testing the game of Rugby 7s. You don't necessarily ever have to have played the sport before, the main rules for this tournament are that you like to have a bit of FUN with your pals enjoy a bit of a run around!
